Alcast a.s. being established in 1998, is the firm focussing its activities on accurate
pressure die-casting of products of aluminium alloys for automotive, electrotechnical and gas industry.
Towards the end of 2002 the company went through a certification process, and on 13th February 2003 Alcast was given
the Quality Management Certificate ISO 9001:2000.
Alcast is today one of the big foundries on the Slovak territory posessing a perspective for a further growth,
both on technology improvement and on the capacity increase.
Alcast has its own toolroom, aimed at production, sale and repairs of pressure casting moulds for aluminium
casts, moulds for injection-casting of plastics, as well as shearing tools and spare parts for foundries.
Besides that the toolroom realises also machining and heat processing of metals- annealing, tempering, hardening
and oxidization.
There are vacant land spots inside the firm area in size of about 1 hectare suitable for enlargement of
production capacities.
